Managing Partner

About Fawn

Having been a part of Westminster Compliance since 2010, when the previous partners Helen and Nigel decided it was time for them take a step back towards retired life, I jumped at the chance to take on the company that I have been a part of for so many years.

I have previously worked as an operations manager for a busy commercial electrical contractor, and along with many other hats, implemented and maintained their H&S systems and accompanying documentation.  This was high on my list of importance both morally and operationally.

What has this change meant for our clients:

Absolutely nothing, as I was once the office manager and have built up great relationships with clients ensuring that their accounts and documentation was always kept up to date.  What I don’t know about gaining a H&S accreditation is barely worth knowing.

I believe in a common-sense approach to H&S and have a drive and passion for organising and helping clients to achieve the best they can when implementing systems and maintaining H&S compliance.  I am always looking at ways to futureproof the business and live by the rules –  my approach  is that if I was hit by a bus tomorrow the company could continue with the least amount of stress and interruption to our clients.

My dream is to inspire everyone, not just Westminster Compliance clients, to create a positive and healthy approach and culture to health and safety both in the physical state and for our mental state.

What has this change meant for me:

I now have an opportunity to create a positive work life balance, to raise my children and be there to support our clients with their H&S needs.

I am a self-proclaimed control freak in all aspects of my life, creating spreadsheets and lists along with long hours planning and deciding on what to do next are both passions and downfalls of both my work and home life.

I love nothing more than spending a relaxing day at home with my family, cooking enough food to feed an army or a day in the sunshine at the local beach!
