Fawn Nicholl BA(Hons), BTEC National Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely
I left university with a degree in Interior Architecture and then thought ‘what do I really want to do?’ As I like the idea of everything being well organised and I wanted to learn about business, I thought that an office would be a good place to start. My best friend’s mother had recently started a new business along with a few partners and she asked me if I would like to help. I have now worked at Westminster Compliance in one capacity or another for approximately six years and, although I only spend some of my working week in the office, I am the office manager.
My colleagues let me organise their administration and certainly leave me in charge of all their spreadsheets. I am actually self employed so there are a couple of other people who I also work for.
In my spare time I enjoy socializing, dance and spending time with my family and dog, but I especially love travelling. I have been to many places, though most memorably; base camp in the Himalayas, travelling around India and Australia and even living in St Lucia for about six months.
