H&S Audit and Inspections

Benchmarking and continual monitoring

Buildings must be constructed and maintained in such a way so as to ensure that no risk is posed to the occupants’ health and safety.

Health and Safety of Buildings

ALL new buildings, domestic and commercial, MUST be constructed in line with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, commonly known as CDM 2015.

Those who manage properties, especially those built prior to the CDM Regulations, have a legal requirement to audit their property portfolios regularly AND after any alteration or change of use. These audits must examine fire safety measures (prevention and protection) and health and safety provision. Property owners and managers must make sure these audits are conducted by suitably competent persons. Which is where we come in!

Our consultants are more than just “competent”: highly experienced and qualified, you can rest assured that by using our service, you will be fully compliant and, more importantly, the occupants of your properties will be safe.

Our reports have been praised by both the insurance industry and enforcement bodies. Our service is fast and efficient. We produce a legal report and a summary of actions required. And we are always on hand for advice on ensuring the successful implementation of any recommendations.
